The result was an automobile of exceptional purity: long, low, with sweeping lines that remain as captivating today as they were in 1962.

Destined exclusively for the most discerning clientele of its era, the 404 Cabriolet was a rare and prestigious object from the outset. Of the 10,388 examples produced between 1962 and 1968, fewer than 1,000 are believed to survive anywhere in the world today. Ours is one of them.
